PartApp exists because the parts of running an academy are not separate problems. Attendance decides billing. Billing decides which parents you need to contact. Classes taught decide what trainers are owed. Keeping those in different tools is what creates the reconciliation work.

Student management holds the records everything else reads from. Attendance draws on batch membership and feeds both parent communication and payroll. Fee collection uses the same batches to know what to bill. Lead management is where students come from in the first place. Each is useful alone; the point is that none of them needs re-entering into the next.
Why one system rather than several tools
Most academies do not lack tools. They have a spreadsheet for students, a payment app for fees, a WhatsApp group for parents and a notebook for attendance. Each works. The cost is in the joins between them: the same information gets entered more than once, the copies disagree, and somebody spends the end of every month reconciling them.
Integration is not a feature you notice directly — it shows up as work that stops happening. Nobody transcribes attendance into a payroll sheet. Nobody cross-checks who has paid against who is enrolled. Nobody re-types a converted enquiry into the student list. That reclaimed time is the actual product, and it is why these six things are one system instead of six.
Getting started
Most academies begin with whichever part hurts most — usually fee collection or attendance — and add the rest once staff are comfortable. Existing student data can be imported rather than re-entered, so the first month does not require a parallel manual process running alongside.
Who uses it
PartApp is used by coaching institutes, dance and music academies, sports academies, language institutes and tuition centres — from around 50 students to several thousand. It is Startup India recognised and certified by Kerala Startup Mission. See the academies already using it, or read the frequently asked questions.
Common questions
- Do we have to use all six features?
- No. Most academies start with whichever part is causing the most work, usually fee collection or attendance, and switch the rest on as staff get comfortable. The features are more useful together, but none of them requires the others to be in use first.
- Can we import our existing student data?
- Yes. Existing records can be imported rather than re-entered, so moving across does not mean running a manual process in parallel for the first month while someone types everything in.
- Does PartApp work on both phones and computers?
- Yes. There are iOS and Android apps for trainers, students and parents, and web access for administrators, so the people who need a phone get one and the people doing office work get a full screen.
