You may cancel your PartApp subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@partapp.in. Upon cancellation:
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
New customers can request a full refund within 30 days of their initial subscription if they are not satisfied with our service. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
In case of duplicate or erroneous charges, we will provide a full refund for the incorrectly charged amount within 3-5 business days.
